God of all nations, Who loves all people and offers grace to all; we seek to have the heart of Christ. Tune our hearts to your love and mercy. Where there is discord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there is division and hostility, make us instruments of your reconciliation and love. When we feel distraught by the events of the world, fill us with your Spirit, giving us counsel, understanding, and wisdom. Walk with us each day, guiding us in the path of love, sacrifice, and service, as we seek to follow the footsteps of Christ our Lord, in Whose name we pray. Amen.
