Excercise Program: Begins March 17th
A two sessions per week exercise program will begin on Tuesday, March 17 at 9:30 a.m. Every session will begin with a physical, low impact walking warm-up, with a 20 minute standing stretch and move workout to hymn music. A low impact walking cool-down will conclude each session. Fourteen sessions in seven weeks are planned for Tuesdays and Thursdays through April 30th. All are welcome to any one or all of the 14 sessions. Just wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes. Please meet us in the church courtyard!
